Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Boiled eggs 4

  • Chopped onions 2

  • Chesse spread 2 tbsp

  • Mayonaise 2tbsp

  • Black pepper 1tsp

  • Ginger powder 1tsp

  • Onion powder 1tsp

  • Spring roll sheets 5

  • Corn flour 4tsbp

  • Oil 2tbsp

  • Salt 2tsp

Directions

    Boil eggs and cut into small pieces.

  • 02

    Take a bowl add cheese spread, mayonaise, black pepper, ginger powder, onion powder and chopped onions and mix it nicely.

    Now add the eggs and fold nicely so that eggs don't break.

    Take spring roll sheet pour the mixture about 2tbsp

  • 05

    Fold it and secure it with corn flour paste.

    Now bake for 200 for 10 mins or until crisp and golden.

    Before baking brush some oil each of the rolls.

    Enjoy with your kind of sauce.
