Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 250 gram paneer in cubed

  • 1/2cup chooped bell pepper chunks

  • 3tbsp tomato sauce

  • 1tbsp soya sauce

  • 1tbsp cornflour

  • 1cup oil to fry

  • 11/2cup all purpose flour

  • 1/2cup chopped onion chunks

  • 1tbsp Degi mirch powder

  • 1/2cup mayoneise 2 tabke spoon chilli tomato sauce

    1tsp cornflour sprinkle over the paneer and properly dust them

  • 02

    Sprinkle some salt and pepper

  • 03

    Fry them in hot oil.keep aside for later use

    Heat 1tbsp oil in a pan

  • 05

    Soute garlic, onion and bellpepper

    Add paneer

    In a bowl add cornflour all sauces red chilli powder salt pepper mix well with 1/2cup water

    Pour the sauce mixture over the paneer

    Saute for 4 to 5 minutes.

    Keep aside for later use

    Take a bowl.add flour and make a smooth dough with some water.

    Make lemon size ball with it

    Roll it like a thick roti

    Toast both side with oil.

    Apply chilli tomato sauce and mayonnaise on one side

    Put 2 table spoon chilli paneer

    Roll it tighly
