  • Prawns 20 nos

  • 1 egg

  • 1tbsp corn flour

  • 1 teaspoon all purpose flour

  • Soya sauce,chilli sauce 1tbsp

  • Mixes herbs 1 teaspoon

  • Black pepper 1tspn

  • Oil 250ml

    Clean,devein and wash the prawns

    In a bowl mix all the above ingredients,the egg should be beaten before adding in to the batter and salt as per taste,mix well and refrigerate the marination for at least 1hour (you can keep overnight too covering with plastic wrap) and deep fry it...serve hot with tour favourite sauce
