Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1 tortilla or roti or paratha

  • 1 cup paneer grated ir crumbled

  • 1 large onion

  • 2 tsp oil

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 /2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp ginger grated

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp shreded cabbage

  • 1 tsp shredded carrot

  • 1 pinch pepper powder

  • 1 tsp chat masala

  • 1 tsp mayonnese

Directions

    Take oil in pan and add onion . saute till it turns translucent.

    Add ginger and saute till raw smell goes away.

  • 03

    Meanwhile refrigerate cabbage and carrot .

    When onion mixture turns brownish add salt,red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Mix it well.

    Add crumbled paneer and close the lid for 5 minutes.

    Heat a tawa and apply some oil on it.

    Cook tortilla or roti and apply mayonnese and add some paneer mix

  • 08

    Place cabbage n carrots, sprinkle pepper powder and some chat masala.

    Make roll and cook untill the tortilla turns brownish.

  • 10

    Serve hot with ketchup.
