Ingredients

  • Bonless chicken 4/5 pieces


  • Egg 2


  • Oil 1/2 cup


  • Flour 1/3 cup


  • Salt 1 tbs


  • Onion 2 tbs


  • Tomato sauce 2 tbs


  • Curd 1/2 cup


  • Ginger paste 1 tbs


  • Garlic 2/3 cloves( paste it)


  • Coriander powder 1 tbs


  • Cumin powder 1 tbs


  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tbs


  • Chat masala 1 tbs

Directions

  • Take a bowl add flour,water and 1 pinch salt make a soft dough.
  • Take a bowl add chicken add all ingredients except oil,tamato sauce and egg.
  • Keep it marinated for 40 minutes.
  • Take a pan add oil ,add chicken for fry it.
  • With the help of ball pin make a roti.
  • Take a tawa add ruti.Turn over ruti.Remove it.
  • Add egg add salt ,lightly fry it.
  • Again add roti.
  • Turn over it.
  • It's completed.
  • Remove it .Keep it on a plate.
  • Add tomato sauce ,onion and chicken fry.
  • Roll it and lower portion roll it with foil paper.
  • Garnishing with tomato sauce serve hot Chicken Egg Roll
