Ingredients

  • Bonless chicken 4/5 pieces

  • Egg 2

  • Oil 1/2 cup

  • Flour 1/3 cup

  • Salt 1 tbs

  • Onion 2 tbs

  • Tomato sauce 2 tbs

  • Curd 1/2 cup

  • Ginger paste 1 tbs

  • Garlic 2/3 cloves( paste it)

  • Coriander powder 1 tbs

  • Cumin powder 1 tbs

  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tbs

  • Chat masala 1 tbs

Directions

    Take a bowl add flour,water and 1 pinch salt make a soft dough.

    Take a bowl add chicken add all ingredients except oil,tamato sauce and egg.

    Keep it marinated for 40 minutes.

    Take a pan add oil ,add chicken for fry it.

    With the help of ball pin make a roti.

    Take a tawa add ruti.Turn over ruti.Remove it.

    Add egg add salt ,lightly fry it.

    Again add roti.

    Turn over it.

    It's completed.

    Remove it .Keep it on a plate.

    Add tomato sauce ,onion and chicken fry.

    Roll it and lower portion roll it with foil paper.

    Garnishing with tomato sauce serve hot Chicken Egg Roll
