  • Chapati Roll Content: - Multigrain flour bread made of 4 breads (bread is slightly bigger and slightly thick) 2 bowl mixing sprouted grains (moong, soybean, black gram, moth, wheat .... 4 teaspoons butter 4 teaspoon green chutney 4 spoon tomato sauce 1/2 teaspoon soya sauce 1 teaspoon lemon juice 4 tsp Kadukus paneer 2 teaspoons roasted peanuts 1/2 cup cabbage finely chopped 1/2 cups finely chopped cucumber some chopped almonds 1 teaspoons garlic , ginger pest Salt to taste

    Method:-  1 - Heat 1 tsp butter in the pan, add ginger garlic paste and lightly fry it 2- Now sprinkle all the sprouted grains, salt and keep it fast. 3- Now add soya sauce and lemon juice, mix 1 teaspoon tomato sauce, turn off the flame 4 - Now put a little butter stir bread in the pan, keep it lightly and keep it slightly low. 5- Now put a green chutney on the bread, put a little sauce, keep the mixture of germinated grains 6- Put cottage cheese, leaf cabbage, cucumber roasted peanuts and almonds on it, put a little sauce and roll the bread carefully 7-Similarly prepare all the chapati rolls
