Ingredients

  • Bread slices 3

  • Hung curd 6tbsp

  • Onions chopped 1 small

  • Capsicum 1/2

  • Salt 1tsp

  • Black pepper 1tsp

  • Chilly flakes 1tsp

  • Oregano 2tbsp

  • Oil for Deep fry 1cup

Directions

    Take Bread slices and cut the edges.

    Put some water to the bread to make it soft.

  • 03

    Now take the hung curd, oregano, black pepper, chilly flakes, onion and capsicum.

    Mix all of them nicely.

  • 05

    Now add one tbsp of mixture on the bread and gently fold it to give it a shape like roll

    Be careful the bread should not break .

    Fry each of them nicely.

  • 08

    Enjoy with sauce.
