1 cup finally grinded green peas
1 and1/2 Cup all purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tbsp flaxseed powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2cup Mozzarella cheese grated
1/4 Cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon Chili flakes
Salt and Pepper as per taste1/2tsp
2 cloves crushed garlic
Oil to fry 2 cups
For1/2 cup frosting
1 tbsp grated cheese
1 tbsp milk
1/2 cup cream cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper taste 1/8tsp
1tsp Chilli flakes
Take a Big Bowl
Add all purpose flour, milk, grinded green peas ,baking powder ,flaxseed powder ,sugar, Mozzarella cheese, bread crumbs ,Italian seasoning, Chilli flakes ,crushed garlic, little salt and pepper and mix well.
Add little water and make a smooth dough
Cover it and keep on rest for 15 minutes
Divide the dough in four equal parts
Roll them and cut with donut cutter or with the help of glass and with a bottle cap
Cover them and keep on rest for 10 minutes.
Fry donuts in hot oil till golden .
Drain out on kitchen towel to absorb extra oil.
For froating .
Take a big bowl add milk cream cheese , grated cheese ,garlic powder , lemon juice ,salt and pepper together .
Whisk untill smooth and creamy.
Spread this frosting over cooled donuts .
Garnish with chilli flakes .
Serve with tea or coffee.
