Take a wok and add gratted carrots and milk until all the milk is soaked.
Then add sugar, once the sugar is absorbed add pure ghee and roast it.
Now add mawa and mix well then add dry fruits.
Mix it well too, your carrot halwa is ready.
Make dough from wheat flour using water and refined oil.
Now take some portion of the dough and roll in into two equal sized chappatis and make them on tava.
Take milk powder and milk in a bowl and mix them well enough to make a fine paste.
Take one chappati and apply milk powder paste.
Now take small portion from carrot halwa and give it the shape of tikki.
Now add cherries on the top of it and then add chocholate syrup.
Now fold the chappati into wrap and then toast it for 2 to 3 minutes in the sandwich toaster.
Decorate it with your favorite sweet toppings and serve hot.
