Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 100 gms maida
  • 100 gms castor sugar
  • 100 gms butter
  • 2 nos eggs
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions

  • Mix butter, sugar, egg, flour or maida, cocoa powder, vanilla extract. Mix well to form a paste.
  • Grease the container and spread the mixture on it.
  • Microwave the batter for 4 minutes on PHI mode.
  • Sprinkle powdered sugar and pour melted chocolate on it. Dish is ready. Serve hot.
