Broccoli cauliflower gravy

Ingredients

Serves 2

  • broccoli florets (medium) 8 nos

  • cauliflower florets (medium) 10 nos

  • cumin seeds (jeera) 1/2 tsp

  • vegetable oil 1 tbsp

  • cilantro (coriander leaves) finely chopped for garnish 1 tbsp

  • Salt to taste 1 tsp

  • To prepare masala: Grind to a smooth paste: peeled onion (microwave on PHI for 2 minutes) 1 nos

  • tomato puree 1/4 cups

  • sambhar powder 2 1/2 tsp

  • garam masala powder 1/2 tsp

  • grated coconut, fresh or dry 4 tbsp

  • water 1/4 cups

Directions

    Add cumin seeds in oil and prepare tadka by microwaving for 2 mins of PHI mode.

  • 02

    Add cauliflower and broccoli and masala in tadka. Mix well and add water.

  • 03

    Microwave the ingredients for 12 mins in PHI mode.

  • 04

    Garnish with coriander and your dish is ready to serve.
