Crush the corn kernels in the grinder coarsely.
Combine all the ingredients except oil, onions, tomato, sour cream, lettuce leaves and tortillas to form a dough.
Mix sour cream and hot sauce. Keep aside.
With wet hands, take 1 heaped tbsp of mixture and give it oblong or kebab shape. Pierce toothpick at one end of the kebab.
Heat a grill pan. Apply oil with pastry brush. Place the kebabs and shallow fry them from all sides. Add oil if required.
Heat tortillas for 10 seconds each side. Place the kebab on the tortilla, drizzle sour cream mixed with hot sauce over it. Add few onion slices and tomato slices. Roll the tortilla tightly and cut in half for easy maneuver.
