  • Bassa fish 450gms

  • Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp

  • Redchilli powder 2tbspn

  • Hung curd 1/2 cup

  • Gram flour 1tbsn

  • Lemon juice 1tbspn

  • Garam masala 1tbspn

  • Skewers 5nos

Directions

    Marinate fish cut in cubes with the above ingredients overnight or max 3 hours to get the juicy fish tikkas

  • 02

    Add few drops of oil on non stick pan

  • 03

    Skewer the tikkas ans fry on all the sides and serve hot with pudina chutney
