2 brown breads
1 onion chopped
2 cheese slices
1 green chilly chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 tsp chilly flakes
2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp gram flour
With a rolling pin flatten the bread.
Take egg in a bowl and whisk it.
Add all the ingredients except oil and mix well.
Dip the flattened bread in the mixture.
Heat oil on a non stick tawa and place the bread slice.
Flip it over and cook on both sides.
Place cheese slice and roll the bread.
Garnish it with fresh coriander and serve hot with ketchup.
