Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • All purpose flour 1 cup


  • Rava 1 cup


  • Rice flour 1/2 cup


  • Sugar 2tbsp


  • Milk 1 cup


  • Milk powder 2 cups


  • Ghee 2tbsp


  • Condensed milk 6tbsp

Directions

  • Take a bowl add 1 cup all purpose flour, 1cup rava and 1/2cup rice flour. Add little amount of water at a time to make a batter.
  • Now leave it for 15 mins.
  • For mawa fillings. We need 1 cup milk, 2 cups of milk powder and two tbsp of ghee.
  • Mix it nicely
  • Now in a pan pour the mixture and cook till it thickens.
  • Stir continuously.
  • Now take a frying pan. Brush little bit of ghee.
  • Add small amount of batter and spread the batter.
  • Add mawa, 1tbsp of condensed milk and now fold it.
  • Your yummy mawa wrap is ready. Enjoy
