Ingredients

  • All purpose flour tortilla 1

  • Rice 50 gms

  • Beans 50 gms

  • Tomatoes 1/4 chopped in fine pieces

  • 1 lettuce leaf finely chopped

  • Lettuce 1 leaf finely chopped

  • Black olives 5- 6 pieces

  • Corn 10 pieces

  • Chopped onion 1 tablespoon

  • Chopped onion 1 tablespion

  • Cheddar cheese 4- 5 tablespoon

  • Mild salsa sauce 2 tablespoin

  • Sour cream 2 tablespoon

  • Salt 1/4 tablespoon

  • Capsicum 1 tablespoon

    First take tortilla. Add some cheese on the centre leaving the sides for rolling. Add rice and beans. Add all the vegetables like lettuce , tomatoes, capsicum, onion, black olives, corn.Again add some cheese . Add salt on top. Now add the sauces mild salsa and sour cream. Roll the tortilla carefully putting the ingredients carefully tucked inside. Now heat the rolled burrito on tava till it becomes brown outside carefully so that the ingredients don't come out. Try to heat on all sides. Now carefully put the burrito off the tava. Cut it in 2 pieces. The burrito is ready to eat.
