Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 4 boiled eggs(chopped into small pieces)


  • 1 tbsp chopped onion


  • 1 tbsp chopped green chillies


  • 1 tbsp onion paste


  • 1 tspn chilli paste


  • 1 tbsp ginger,garlic paste


  • 3 tbsp chopped tomato


  • 1 cup boiled potato(mashed)


  • 1/2 tspn red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tspn cumin powder


  • 1/2 coriander powder


  • 1 tbsp maggi masala


  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce


  • 2 tbsp fresh cream


  • 1 tspn salt(as required)


  • 1 tbsp butter


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 3 chapati


  • 3 tspn tonato sauce


  • 2 tspn onion ( slices )

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan,add chopped onion,green chillies and butter saute for a minute.add onion,ginger,garlic, chilli paste saute for a minute on a low flame.
  • Add chopped tomato saute 2 minutes until turn transparet.now add red chilli,cumin,coriander powder,tomato sauce,fresh cream and salt saute for a minute.add mashed potato mix everything well.add boiled chopped eggs mix well eveything and add maggi masala stire well for a minute.now stuffing is ready.
  • Take a chapati spread tomato sauce.now add the stuffing the middle of the roll, add onion slices now roll it and join two edges and pin them up using a toothpick so that the rolls stay intact.
