Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1For fish tikka

  • 200 gram -Bone less dori fish

  • 1 tspn -salt

  • 1 tspn -Lemon juice

  • 1 tbson -Shan tikka masala

  • 1/2 tsp -Kashmiri red chilli powder

  • 1/2 tspn Garlic powder

  • 4 nos -Shawarma kuboos

  • 4 tspn -Mayonnaise

  • 4 tspn-Bbq sauce

  • 4 tspn-Tomato ketchup

  • 3 leaves -Lettuce

  • 8 pieces - thinly sliced cucumber

  • 8 pieces thinly sliced carrot

  • 1 no -Egg

  • 3 tspn oats

  • 3 tspn - crumbs powder

  • 2 tspn - coconut flour

Directions

    Wash and cut the fish small nugget size.

  • 02

    Apply all the masala and marinate 5/minutes

  • 03

    Beat one egg dip each piece in it and coat with oats , coconut flour and crumbs mix

  • 04

    Grill or fry all the fish tikkas

  • 05

    Serving

    Apply little butter heat all the kuboos and spread mayonnaise ,BBQ sauce,cheese

  • 07

    Place the grilled or fried fish tikka sprinkle ketchup and wrap well

  • 08

    Now fish tika shawarma warp is ready.

  • 09

    Repeat same rest of kuboos.
