Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 cup lauki


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp green chilly


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 cup wheat flour


  • 1 tsp gram flour


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 3 tsp grated cheese


  • 1 tsp chilli flakes

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan and add green chilli and ginger garlic paste.
  • When its done and raw smell goes off add grated lauki
  • Saute till it turns soft. Add salt, some red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well.
  • meanwhile take wheat and gram flour , salt, turmeric powder and knead the dough.
  • Make a ball and stuff the lauki masala in it . Roll it into a paratha on a rolling board and cook it on a heated non stick tawa.
  • Apply some oil on both sides and cook until its golden in colour.
  • Add grated cheese and chilli flakes and roll it.
  • Serve hot.
