  • Beet roots cut into pieces 1/2 cup

  • Carrot cut into pieces 1/2 cup

  • Potatoes 2

  • Tomato 1

  • Oil 1 /2 cup

  • Green chilies 3

  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbs

  • Peanut 3 tbs

  • Cumin seeds 1 tbs

  • Coriander seeds 1 tbs

  • Cardamom 2

  • Cinnamon 1 piece

  • Salt 1 tbs

  • Bread cramps 1/ 2 cup

    Take a pan add all spices , roasted it.

    Grinded it.

    Take a cooker add all vegetables 1 pinch salt.

    Add water 1/4cup,boiled it.

    Take a bowl smashed it .

    Take a pan add oil 1 tbs, add green chillies,tomato, ginger :& garlic paste,smashed vegatables , salute it.

    Add peanut.

    Add roasted masala.salute it ,for 8 minutes.Remove it.

    Take a bowl add egg ,batter it.

    Make as you desire shape .

    Dunk the egg batter those shapes. Keep it bread cramps,cover it well.

    Take a pan add oil.

    Head oil add .

    Deeply fried it.Serve with onion and sauce.

    Notes: you can add raisin then it will be more yummy.
