Ingredients

  • For roti 1 cup wheat flour


  • 1tbs oil Salt For filling : 1 cup rajma over night soaked and boiled 1,1/2 cup tomato finely chopped 2tbs oil 1/4 cup onion finely chopped 1tbs tomato sauce 2tsp piri piri powder 1 tsp chopped ginger 1tsp chopped garlic 2 green chillies Salt For curd dressing 1/2 cup thick curd 1/2 cup grated cucumber 1/2 cup grated carrot For spread 2-3 garlic red chatney

Directions

  • Take a plate or bowl add 1 cup wheat flour, salt, oil, make medium soft dough by adding little by little water, make medium soft dough, keep the in rest for 15 min.
  • Now divide the dough into 4 part, dust with dry flour, roll it 8 diameter circle chapati
  • Heat the tava, on medium flame, place the chapati on it, cook the chapati on both sides till light brown colour spots are not appeared , make all the chapati in same way, keep the all chapaties aside
  • Heat a pan add 2tbs oil, add chopped garlic, chopped ginger and green chillies cook it till raw flavor gone
  • Now add chopped onion, cook it till it turn into pink in colour.
  • Now add chopped tomatoes, salt, piri piri powder, cook well till all tomatoes become massy.
  • Now add boiled and mashed rajma beans, and tomato sauce mix well and cook till for 2 to 3 min, add water if required
  • For making curd dressing : take a bowl add curd, salt and grated carrot, and cucumber, mix all togather.
  • For assembling : reheat the chapti on tava, spread chilli garlic chatney on it,
  • Place rajma mixture on it.
  • On top of rajma mixture, add curd dressing
  • Fold it from 3 sides,
  • Wrap in tissue paper, serve immediately.
