Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 cup wheat flour

  • 2 tsp gram flour

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1/2 cup roasted peanut

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1 pinch sugar

  • 1 tsp chopped onion

Directions

    Take flour, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt in a large vessel and knead a soft dough.

    Apply some oil and keep it to rest for 5 minutes

    Meanwhile take roasted peanuts, some salt, garlic red chilli powder, sugar and grind coarsely

    Now divide dough in 4-5 small balls and roll paratha.

    Heat tawa and cook paratha on both sides. Apply oil on both sides and flip.

    Now apply some oil on paratha (optional) and sprinkle some peanut podi,onion and roll it.

    Serve hot with mayo or tomato ketchup.
