Mix together 1/4cup yogurt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, gram flour, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, dried fenugreek leaves, garam masala powder, and salt in a deep bowl. Then add lemon juice.Add paneer and toss lightly. Set aside to marinate for ten minutes.
For chapatis, combine all purpose flour, wheat flour, oil and salt to taste and knead into soft dough using water. Rest it for minimum 10 mins.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan.Add the paneer mixture sauté over high heat for four to five minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook till dry and set aside.
Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll out each portion into a chapati.Heat a tawa and cook each chapati lightly on both sides adding little oil. Set aside.
Add 1/4 cup yogurt in green chutney and mix well.
Time to assemble. Take a chapatti. Spread little green chutney and yoghurt mix over the chapatti. Then place some paneer tikka over it. Top with shredded cabbage and onion. Sprinkle some chat masala And tomato sauce over it. Roll the chapatti. Wrap half of the roll in butter paper or aluminum foil.
Serve it with chutney or sauce of your choice
