Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • For paratha : 2 boiled potato


  • 1 1/2 cup wheat flour


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp cumin powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 /2 tsp caroom seeds


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 4 eggs


  • 1 tsp chat masala

Directions

  • Take all ingredients in a large bowl except eggs,chat masala and oil. Mix it well.
  • Knead it to a soft dough by slowly adding water.
  • Apply some oil and keep it to rest for 2 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into small balls and Roll a paratha on rolling board and cook on a heated tawa on both sides. Apply some oil and flip it.
  • Keep it aside and make remaining parathas too.
  • Now on a non stick pan add some oil and break an egg.
  • When it is half cooked place one paratha on it and flip it. Add some oil and cook till the egg is done. make remaining rolls the same way.
  • Roll it , sprinkle some chat masala and serve hot.
