Ingredients

Serves 4

  • For paratha : 2 boiled potato

  • 1 1/2 cup wheat flour

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp cumin powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 /2 tsp caroom seeds

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 tsp chat masala

Directions

    Take all ingredients in a large bowl except eggs,chat masala and oil. Mix it well.

    Knead it to a soft dough by slowly adding water.

    Apply some oil and keep it to rest for 2 minutes.

    Divide the dough into small balls and Roll a paratha on rolling board and cook on a heated tawa on both sides. Apply some oil and flip it.

    Keep it aside and make remaining parathas too.

    Now on a non stick pan add some oil and break an egg.

    When it is half cooked place one paratha on it and flip it. Add some oil and cook till the egg is done. make remaining rolls the same way.

    Roll it , sprinkle some chat masala and serve hot.
