Spread some oil in a dosa on dosa tawa n make a dosa but dont make it cryspy
In a kadhi add 2 spoon oil add jeera seeds till crackle add chopped onion fry till golden add masala paste fry add all dry masala green pea n fry add mashed potatoes n mix well
Now spread the dosa in a plate keep masala like wise वे keep in roti roll sprinkle some chopped onion, sev vuji ketchup, grated gajar n roll the dosa like we make roti roll cut into pieces
Now make a bater of maida, add little salt, ajwain and jeera keep the consistency as watery.
Deep the cuted roll in this bater n coat in suji, deep fry them till crysp golden
