  • 2 big sized smashed potatoes

  • 1cup bread crumbs

  • 3tsp cornstarch

  • 1/2tsp salt

  • 1tsp lemon juice

  • 1/2tsp cumin powder

  • Veggeis..1 cup boiled grated potato

  • 1cup grated carrot

  • 1cup boiled sweet corn

  • 1cup grated Beetroot

  • 1 cup chopped capsicum

  • 2butter cubes

  • 1tsp pepper

    Take a bowl put smashed potato,bread crumbs,salt,pepper,cornstarch,coriander mix well all those for wraps the veggeis

    Heat a pan put butter put capsicum add salt keep statue as 1 min for soften then transfer to the bowl

    Take already prepared potato doe take a small doe stuff sweet corn close with the doe as look like inside veggeis out side doe coat with cornflour leave into oil

    As well the same process of Beetroot stuff,capsicum stuff,potato,carrot all veggeis stuffed roles leave into oil fri well

    Then take out cut by half serve with mint chutney ready to serve
