Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 250 gm Filo pastry sheets.


  • 1 cup shredded cabbage


  • 1 cup carrots, grated


  • 1 Tsp garlic crushed


  • 1 Tsp ginger grated


  • 1 Tsp white pepper powder


  • 1 Tsp salt


  • 1 Tsp vinegar


  • 1 Tbsp Oil


  • 1/4 cup Bean sprouts

Directions

  • To prepare the filling- heat oil in a pan.
  • Add ginger, garlic and saute it.
  • Add in cabbage and carrots together and toss it on a high flame.
  • Add bean sprouts, salt, white pepper powder and again saute it for 2 minutes
  • Lastly, add vinegar and give it a mix. And remove it from the flame and allow it to cool.
  • Meanwhile, place the Filo sheets on a platform. I have used readymade Filo sheets here.
  • Place the veg mix on each sheet and roll it. Seal it with the help of some cornflour and water slurry or with the help of some oil of required.
  • Roll all the sheets. And prepare the rolls. You can even freeze the rolls. place it in the freezer bag and store it.
  • Now for baking, preheat the oven on 220-degree Celsius.
  • Place some rolls on a baking plate
  • Now place the rolls in the oven and bake it at 200-degree Celsius for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Once it is baked, serve it with Szechuan sauce or with ketchup.
