Serves 10

  • 250 gm Filo pastry sheets.

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage

  • 1 cup carrots, grated

  • 1 Tsp garlic crushed

  • 1 Tsp ginger grated

  • 1 Tsp white pepper powder

  • 1 Tsp salt

  • 1 Tsp vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp Oil

  • 1/4 cup Bean sprouts

    To prepare the filling- heat oil in a pan.

    Add ginger, garlic and saute it.

  • 03

    Add in cabbage and carrots together and toss it on a high flame.

    Add bean sprouts, salt, white pepper powder and again saute it for 2 minutes

    Lastly, add vinegar and give it a mix. And remove it from the flame and allow it to cool.

    Meanwhile, place the Filo sheets on a platform. I have used readymade Filo sheets here.

    Place the veg mix on each sheet and roll it. Seal it with the help of some cornflour and water slurry or with the help of some oil of required.

    Roll all the sheets. And prepare the rolls. You can even freeze the rolls. place it in the freezer bag and store it.

    Now for baking, preheat the oven on 220-degree Celsius.

    Place some rolls on a baking plate

    Now place the rolls in the oven and bake it at 200-degree Celsius for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Once it is baked, serve it with Szechuan sauce or with ketchup.
