Wash Urad Dal, Idli Rava and Quinoa separately.
And soak it with enough water for 3 hours.
Also, soak fenugreek seeds.
After 3 hours remove the excess water from Dal, Rava and Quinoa.
Grind Dal along with fenugreek seeds. Grind into a smooth paste.
Grind Quinoa separately.
Now mix all the ground mixture together.
Mix it well. For 2 minutes.
Now pour this batter into an airtight container. And allow it to ferment for 4-5 hours in a warm place.
After 5 hours, you see the batter is fermented properly. Mix it well and add salt to it
Grease the Idli plates. And pour the Idli batter into the cavity.
Heat water in an Idli cooker and place these idli plates in it. And steam it for 10-15 minutes.
Till the idlis get good.
Allow it to cool, remove the Idlis and serve it with piping hot sambhar and chutney.
