Ingredients

  • Vegit aaloo mash 1cup

  • Green chillies 1 {chopped}

  • Chat masala 1.5 teaspoon

  • Roasted cumin powder 1tsp

  • Bread crumbs 2sp

  • Water 1 cup

  • Oil 2 tablespoons

  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon

  • Whole wheat flour 2 cup

  • Maida 4 tablespoons

  • Oil 2sp

  • Water 1/2 cup

  • Paneer 2pcs

  • Onion 1 {round sliced}

  • Tomato 1 {round sliced}

  • Cucumber 1 {round sliced}

  • Boiled corn 2 tablespoons

  • Pizza sauce 2sp

  • Mint mayonnaise 2sp

  • Cheese mayonnaise 2sp

  • Tomato sauce 1sp

  • Green tomato chutney 1sp

  • Lettuce 1

Directions

    Add all the ingredients in potato mash, and make a dough by adding little water. Then give it a shape of tikki and deep fry in oil.

    Add whole wheat flour, all purpose flour and salt and make a dough. Add little flour and make round chapatis.

    Warm the chapatis on the pan. Then apply pizza sauce, lettuce, mint mayonnaise, tikki, cheese mayonnaise, cottage cheese, green tomato chutney, onions, tomatoes, cucumber and sauce then add corn allover. Wrap it nicely and the cook it in the preheated sandwich toaster for 2 minutes.
