Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 1 cup wheat flour


  • 1 /2cuo milk


  • 1 cup sliced paneer


  • 1/2cup curd


  • 1 tsp chat masala


  • 1tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • Oil 5 tbsp


  • 1/2cup mixed bell pepper

Directions

  • Take a bowl add flour milk and make a soft dough with some oil.
  • Take a bowl mix paneer and all ingredients except oil .
  • Keep in fridge for 2 hours.
  • Heat oil in a tawa and toast paneer mixture .
  • Make 8 balls with dough
  • Roll and make paratha
  • Fill with paneer mixture
  • Roll it like kathi roll .tie with tooth pick.
  • Serve hot
