Ingredients

Serves 8

  • 1 cup wheat flour

  • 1 /2cuo milk

  • 1 cup sliced paneer

  • 1/2cup curd

  • 1 tsp chat masala

  • 1tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

  • Oil 5 tbsp

  • 1/2cup mixed bell pepper

Directions

    Take a bowl add flour milk and make a soft dough with some oil.

  • 02

    Take a bowl mix paneer and all ingredients except oil .

  • 03

    Keep in fridge for 2 hours.

  • 04

    Heat oil in a tawa and toast paneer mixture .

  • 05

    Make 8 balls with dough

  • 06

    Roll and make paratha

  • 07

    Fill with paneer mixture

  • 08

    Roll it like kathi roll .tie with tooth pick.

    Serve hot
