1 cup whole wheat flour
2 table spoon boiled beetroot puree
1 cup boiled nutreela soya chunk
2 tablespoon soya sauce
3 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 chopped onion
2 chilli chopped
1 cup chopped tri colour bell pepper
Oil 5 tbsp tbsp
Take a bowl
Add beetroot puree , little salt and flour.
Make a dough with some water
Keep aside on rest for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a wok
Soute garlic and onion
Mix sauces in a bowl add boiled soya chunks
Add chilli chunks
Mix in souted onion garlic and cook for 5 minutes.
Make small balls from pink dough
Roll them and make paratha with some oil
Fill these paratha with soya chilli
Fold with some lattuce .
Serve hot .
