Beef Shami Kabab Roll

Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Beef or goat meat cokked - 200 gram

  • Bengal gram - 100 gram

  • Onion - 1 no big

  • Whole red chilli - 3 or 4

  • Garlic - 5 nos

  • Turmeric pwd -1/4 tspn

  • Cinnamom - 1 no 1 inch

  • Clove - 2 nos

  • Cardamom - 1 no

  • Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch

  • Grated coxonut - 1/4 cup

  • Egg - 1 no

  • Chaat masala - 1/2 tspn

  • Amchur pwd - 1/4 tpsn

  • Cornflour and crumbs pwd - 3 tbspn

  • Kuboos 6 nos

Directions

    Soak bengal gram 20 minutes

    In a pan add all the ingredients cooked beef or mutton ,soaked bengal gram,coconut,corianded leaves,cinnamon,clove,cardammom, red chilli garlic,salt

    And cook for 10 minutes and let it cool

    And grind a paste and add one beaten egg and cornflour and crumbs mix chaat masala and amchur powder mix it well

    Divide two portion , in one portion ,prepare a cylinder shape and grill in microwave.

    Another portion heat a pan and add oil or ghee ,take small gooseberry size ball and flaten and make a kabab shape to all .

    Heat a pan add oil or ghee shallow fry all the kababs

    now take kuboo apply any of spread and palce the kababs and roll it

  • 09

    Here i prepared two types of kabab roll one is microwave grill kabab roll.and another one is tawa fried kabab roll.
