  • Egg 2 nos


  • Pepper powder 1/2 tspn


  • Salt 1/2 tspn


  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tspn


  • Moringa pwd - 1/2/tspn


  • Small onion -3


  • Big chappathi - 1


  • Coriander leaves - 2 tspn


  • Ghee - 1 tspn

Directions

  • In a bowl mix all masalas with egg.
  • Heat a pan add one ghee or butter and pour the egg mix.
  • Cook one side one minutes and flip the egg
  • And cook another side one minutes
  • For chappathi egg roll: prepare big chappathi
  • Place the egg pancake over it , roll it and cut into bite size pieces
