1 cup roasted vermicelli
1 cup grated turnip
2 grated carrots
1 chopped onion
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 cup chopped mushroom
1tbsp soya sauce
1tsp chilli sauce
1tbsp tomato sauce
For 10 spring roll covers
1 cup maida
2 cups water
Take a wok
Heat oil soute garlic
Saute onion ,mushroom,turnip , carrots and keep aside
Take same wok add roasted vermicelli and 2 cups water .
Cook it for 10 minutes on medium flame.
Mix salt as per taste and mix all souted vegges.
Add sauces as your taste
Balance salt and pepper.
Keep aside for later use.
Take a big bowl add maida cornflour little salt 1 tsp oil .
Mix well with 2 cups of water .whisk to avoid any lump
Heat a tawa pour a little amount of maida mixture and spread like thin sheets .
Cook them for a minute only one side .
Make all covers like this
Nowtake a cover fill 3 table spoon vermicelli mixture fold properly like spring roll seal the corners with water and maida slurry.
Fry them in hot oil till crisp and golden .
Take them out on tissue paper to absorb extra oil .
Cut and serve with your favourite sauce.
