heat oil in a pan
add grated potatoes and vegetables
Saute for 2 minutes over medium heat , add salt and mix well
add 2 tbsp maida. Mix well, saute for 30 seconds. Switch off
add fresh bread crumbs and Schezwan sauce to mixture, mix well, knead into soft dough
add one fourth Cup water to maida and cornflour and make a slurry in a bowl
In another bowl, add dry breadcrumbs and keep it aside
Divide dough into lemon sized balls. Shape them like a roll
Dip the rolls in slurry and coat with breadcrumbs well
Again coat with slurry and breadcrumbs. Do this until dough is completed
Refrigerate rolls for 30 minutes
Deep fry rolls over medium heat until golden brown
Drain excess oil over tissue paper
Serve hot with sauce or chutney
