Boil ample water in a pan. Add the noodles. Add some oil and salt as well.
When the noodles are done pass through a colander and run cold water to stop cooking process . Keep aside
Heat oil in a pan. Add hing and all veggies and cook on high for 3 to 4 minutes add some salt
Add soya sauce and chutney to the veggies and give a quick mix.
Add the cooked noodles and mix well. Adjust spices as per choice. Add the lime juice and mix well.
Make simple parathas of the dough adding some oil.
Now take a paratha and keep noodles in the middle and wrap from the sides .
Serve with tomato sauce.
