kneed maida by adding half tsp salt and hot ghee along with little water
Make dough and cover with plate or clean cloth. keep side
Add chili and ginger garlic paste and cook till brown
Add remaining all spices then green peas and cook one min
Till time smashed potatoes and add in it
Sprinkle some coriander
Now keep remaining oil pan to heat
Roll the small puri ( round shape) of Maida with roller
Take handful potato filling and keep on one side. Give cut from one side
Now cover the filling from below and both side then roll cut side on it
Attached the both end to make round shape
Deep fry in the hot oil on medium flame
Serve with sauce and chutney
