Ingredients

  • 1- ingredients For tortilla


  • 1/2 cup corn flour


  • 1 cup refined flour


  • 1/2cup whole wheat flour


  • 2tbsp oil


  • 1/4tsp salt


  • 2-ingredients for stuffing


  • 1cup boiled sweet corn


  • 1/2cup baked beans(tin)


  • 1/2 cup spring onion


  • 1/4cup grated carrot


  • 1/4cup grated cheese


  • 1/4cup grated paneer


  • 1-2 finely chopped chillies


  • 1/4tsp black pepper powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 2tbsp butter


  • 2tbsp tomato sauce


  • 1tsp chilli flakes


  • 1tsp oregano

Directions

  • Mix tortilla ingredients in a large bowl
  • Knead dough with Luke warm water
  • Make thin chapati
  • In a kadahi heat 1tbsp butter, roast onion and chopped green chillies
  • Add rest ingredients, mix well,cook for 1-2 minutes
  • Now place tortilla on non stick tava,apply butter
  • Spread 1tsp Tomoto sauce,and stuffing and sprinkle grated cheese chilli flakes and oregano
  • Fold tortillas and serve hot with sauce
