Ingredients

  • Chana dal 1 cup


  • Wheat flour 1 cup


  • Water 1 cup


  • Powdered sugar 1 cup


  • Nutmeg powder 3 pimches


  • Salt 1 pinch


  • Ghee 2 spoons


  • Oil 1 spoon

Directions

  • In a bowl make dough of wheat flour, oil, salt, water.
  • In a pressure cooker take chana dal and water and boil it upto 2-3 whistles.
  • Let it cool down and now remove water from it and put in grinder jar.
  • Then add powdered sugar, nutmeg powder , water little bit and mix well.
  • In a pan add ghee then put this chana dal mixture.
  • Roll roti of dough and stuff this mixture and again conpletely roll big roti of it.
  • Heat tawa and roast from both sides by adding ghee on both sides.
  • Serve this hot puran poli by adding extra ghee on it.
