Chana dal 1 cup
Wheat flour 1 cup
Water 1 cup
Powdered sugar 1 cup
Nutmeg powder 3 pimches
Salt 1 pinch
Ghee 2 spoons
Oil 1 spoon
In a bowl make dough of wheat flour, oil, salt, water.
In a pressure cooker take chana dal and water and boil it upto 2-3 whistles.
Let it cool down and now remove water from it and put in grinder jar.
Then add powdered sugar, nutmeg powder , water little bit and mix well.
In a pan add ghee then put this chana dal mixture.
Roll roti of dough and stuff this mixture and again conpletely roll big roti of it.
Heat tawa and roast from both sides by adding ghee on both sides.
Serve this hot puran poli by adding extra ghee on it.
