Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1 cup boiled rajma(kindney beans)

  • 1 tspn red chilli powder

  • 1 /2 tspn cumin powder

  • 1/2 tspn coriander powder

  • 1 tbsp onion paste

  • 1 tbsp (ginger,garlic) paste

  • 1/2 tspn garam masala powder

  • 1 /2 tspn turmeric powder

  • 1/4 cup tomato puree

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/2 tspn salt (to taste)

  • 3 cooked chapati

  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce

  • 1 slice onion

  • 1 slice cucumber

Directions

    Heat oil in a pan,add onion paste saute for a minute,add ginger,garlic paste saute for a minute.add turmeric,red chilli,cumin,coriander powder,salt and pour tomato puree cook for 2 minute.

    Now add boiled rajma and garam masala powder mix well.pour the water cook for 5 minute.after 5 minute make sure the mixture become sticky then remove the flame keep it aside.

    Take chapati,spread tomato sauce and place the rajma filling the middle of the chapati,add onion,cumcumber slice,sprinkle garam masala and now roll it.chapati rajma roll is ready.
