Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1 cup pasta(boiled)

  • 2 cup water

  • 1 tbsp chopped onion

  • 1/2 tspn chopped green chillies

  • 1 tbsp chopped carrot

  • 1 tbsp chopped french beans

  • 1 tbsp chopped tamoto

  • 1/4 tspn turmeric powder

  • 1/2 tspn maggi masala powder

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1/2 tspn salt( to taste)

  • 1 cup slices veggies (carrot,tomato,cucumber,onion,green chillies for the salad)

  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce

  • 1 cup wheat flour(for the dough)

  • 1/4 cup water (as need)

  • 1 tbsp oil(for the make chapati)

Directions

    Heat oil in a pan,add chopped onion,green chillies saute for a minute.add chopped carrot,french beans cook for 2 minutes.add tomato choppe,salt,turmeric powder mix well agian cook for a minute.now add boiled pasta mix well,add maggi masala cook for a minute and stire well.

    Now pasta filling is ready.

    Make a dough of wheat flour,salt and water.take a small portion from the dough.now roll a round circle chapati.heat a tawa,place the chapati and cook it with oil.

    Now take a chapati/roti and spread tomato sauce and add the pasta filling the middle of the chapati,add slices veggies salad,sprinkle maggi masala.

    Now roll it.wrap bottom of the roll with butter paper and seal the bottom.repeat the process to make remaining rolls.

    Now Frankie Pasta Roll is ready.
