Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 6 tablespoon curd


  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste


  • 1 teaspoon carom seeds


  • 1/2 teaspoon haldi


  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala


  • 1/2 tablespoon dhaniya powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon jeera powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon amchur powder


  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powDer


  • 1 tablespoon salt


  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


  • 200 gram paneer


  • 1 cup wholewheat flour


  • 1 teaspoon salt for ata


  • 1 tablespoon oil


  • 1 cup water


  • 1 tablespoon oil or as required


  • 4 tablespoon mayonnaise


  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup


  • 1 cup sliced onions

Directions

  • In a bowl add all the marination ingredients except paneer.
  • Mix all very well.
  • Add lemon juice and mix again
  • Now add 200 gram paneer shape as per your choice
  • Gently mix all of them and cover the bowl with plate and rest it for 30 minutes
  • Now in a bowl add ata,oil and salt and mixx well.
  • Now by taking water kneed a soft smooth dough.
  • Now lets make rotis with the dough
  • Make thin rotis on the roti maker.
  • Heat the pan and cook the roti by applying ghee into it.
  • After 30 minutes mix the marinated paneer once again.
  • Now take a pan add 2 tablespoons oil and heat it
  • Put the marinated paneer and cook it till you see the marination all around the paneer is cooked well.
  • Now take a bowl and add mayonnaise and tomatoketchup
  • Take the roti and then apply mayonnaise mixture add sliced onions and then put paneer in the center and roll it.
  • Serve hot.
