First of all soak the green moong lentils overnight. Next morning grind the lentils into coarse paste with ginger and green chilies.
Transfer the paste into mixing bowl with Oats powder, salt, baking soda, all spices , chopped coriander leaves and incorporate Very well.
Now start making small flat shaped patties. Repeat the process and make other patties ready.
Preheat a non stick deep pan with oil. Now pour patties and fry until golden brown from both the sides. Make all the patties and keep them aside.
Now in another bowl add oats fine powder and gram flour. Add salt , baking soda and mix water to make a smooth batter.
For making the designed wrap pour the prepared batter in a piping bag carefully and make a small hole.
Next preheat a nonstick tawa and grease some oil. Next start pouring the batter by making different design of your choice in rectangular shape.
Keep the flame low and make until it become light golden brown. Dont flip otherwise it can break.
Now when its done take the wrap out of the pan very carefully.
Cut and chop all the veggies prior hand and keep it ready.
Now start assembling the wrap. First put the wrap then add prepared oats patties then greek yoghurt dip.
Next place all the veggies , mint leaves and decorate the wrap as per your convinient.
