In a bowl add curd, semolina, water, salt and soda and mix them n prepare a smooth batter. Keep it aside for 20 minutes.
Once batter is ready, prepare dosa wrap by spreading batter on greased tava.
Peel boiled potatoes and cut it in round slices n fry it on tava .
Wash n cut all the vegetables.
Now heat a pan add butter, place dosa n over it put vegetables slices , fried potatoes, add all the spices n sauce according to taste and fold the dosa wrap into halves n again gold it, then turn it's side n fry it in butter.
Veggie Loaded Quesadilla is ready to serve, serve it hot with favourite sauce or dip.
