Ingredients

Serves 5

  • 4 boiled potatoes

  • 8 to 10 color full peppers

  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder

  • 1 tablespoon salt

  • 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder

  • 1/2 tablespoon turmeric

  • 1 tablespoon chaat masala

  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder

  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

  • 1 tablespoon green chili paste

  • 2 tablespoon onion paste

  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste

  • 1 pinch of black pepper powder

  • 1/3 cup peas boiled

  • 1/4 cup sweetcorns

    Take a pan put some butter

    Roast onion paste

    Make it browned and add all the spices together

    Mix well at very low flame

    Add tomatoes paste

    Now stir the masala for 5 to 6 minutes

    Now add boiled mashed potatoes

    Add peas and corns too

    Mix well and let it on for 6 to 7 minutes

    Now take a flat pan or flat tawa with curled sides

    Add oil or butter

    Now fill the mixture into peppers by middle cut

    Spread them one by one on pan

    Keep at very low flame for soften the peppers

    Yummy stuffed peppers are ready
