Egg Roll Street Food Style

for stuffing Cabbage- 1small
Salt - 1/2tsp as required
Red chili powder- 1/4tsp
Kitchen king masala- 1/4tsp
Soya sauce- 1/2tsp
Kissan Manchurian sauce- 1/4tsp
Wheat flour- 3/4cup
Tomato sauce- 3tbsp
Lemon juice- 2tbsp
Slice all the veggies..
Heat oil in a pan add all the veggies abd saute. For 5 to 6 mins
Then add all the spices and sauces except tomato sauce and cook properly
In a bowl add flour, salt and mix
Add water little by little knead a soft dough and divide in 4 balls
Slice the onion and keep aside
Heat tawa and roll the balls into chapathis and make chapathis.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Beat egg and salt in a bowl.
Now add the egg to the frying and coat the whole frying pan base. Place a chapathi on it.
Now spread some oil on that
Cook the chapathi both side.
Place this roll base on a plate. Then keep some veggies stuffing on it
Spread some sliced onion on it, drizzle some tomato sauce abd lemon juice. Roll it
Like this make orher rolls also
