Grind the ingredients for the gravy to a fine paste using a blender.
Once the clay pot becomes hot, add cleaned prawns, sliced mango, ginger, green chilly, salt & mix well.
Cook the prawns & mango on low flame for few mins, till it tenders.
Add coconut gravy & mix well.
Once well-cooked, turn off the gas.
Heat oil in a pan & add mustard seed, once splutter add sliced shallots, and curry leaves; until light golden brown. Turn off the heat and transfer it immediately to the curry.
Mix well and serve with boiled rice.
