First heat oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste. Fry for few secs. Add all veggies except spring onion. fry little so that the crunchiness of veggies should remain intact. Add soya sauce, salt, pepper powder, sugar. fry for few secs on high flame. switch off & add spring onion and let it cool completely.
Mix curd with mayonnaise. Now assemble all ingredients.
Take a roti/chapati. Spread schezwan sauce. Then curd mayo mixture over it.
Then Spread dry chana masala (I had some left over chana masala) over this.
Now put fried veggies over chana masala. Sprinkle chat masala & roasted jeera powder. Also put some sliced onions over it.
Now wrap the roti/chapati tightly.
Quick healthy nutritious meal is ready now
